	CLIFF LEA, Senior Pastor clifflea@fbcleesburg.org Cliff Lea serves as the Senior Pastor of the church and its missional leader. He oversees the staff and drives the overall ministry vision of the church. Cliff has Bible degrees from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He has led multiple international mission trips in various parts of the world. His passions are God, his family, preaching God’s Word and sharing God’s love at home and around the world. Cliff and his wife Suzy have five sons - Nathan, Luke, Joseph, Tommy, and Stephen.
	ART AYRIS, Executive Pastor and Interim CCC Executive Director aaayris@fbcleesburg.org As Executive Pastor Art oversees the staff and ministries of the church. Additionally he works with media and communication, long range and strategic planning, standing church committees and currently serves as the Interim Executive Director of the Christian Care Center and the Community Medical Care Center. In this capacity, he oversees the ministry directors and the day-to-day operations of the Ministry Village. He and his wife Kelly have two sons, Ben and Alex.
	GARY BLANCHARD, Pastor of Mid-Life and Beyond garyblanchard@fbcleesburg.org Born in Ocala, Florida, Gary has been a member of First Baptist Church of Leesburg for over 30 years and joined our staff in 1999. He is married to Judy, and they have two daughters and four grandchildren. Gary oversees all senior adult ministries and has responsibilities for nursing home ministry, home bound, hospital visitation, deaf focus and grief ministry. He teaches our New Believers and New Members classes.
	AARON BURGNER, Family Pastor/Youth aaronburgner@fbcleesburg.org Aaron oversees all ministries in the church for children, youth, young adults, and median adults and also the men’s, women’s, wedding, and discipleship ministries. He and his wife, Tiffany, have a son named Titus and are expecting another child in January. Aaron’s passion is preaching and teaching the Word of God and equipping families with tools for discipling their children.
	KEN SCRUBBS, Pastor of Community Relations kenscrubbs@fbcleesburg.org Born in New Orleans, Ken serves as our Community Relations Minister. He came to FBC in 1997 to help in our Bus Ministry for Saturday Sunday School. Ken's outreach to our community has developed into the Prison Ministry, Campus Liaison for Schools, Mentoring Programs, DJJ Prevention/NAB Program, Governor's Advisory Council Disaster Relief, and the 21st Century Afterschool Program at The Genesis Center (Main Street Campus). Ken and his wife, Linda have lived in Florida for 25 years and have three children, Cymonda, April, James, and two grandchildren.
	GORDON SANDERS, Pastor of Evangelism gordonsanders@fbcleesburg.org Pastor "Bird" brings a strong testimony of God’s saving power in his primary role of overseeing the church’s Saturday Sunday School and Bus Ministry. Additionally, he equips and trains church members in personal evangelism and outreach. He is also head of the Disaster Relief Ministry for FBC. Bird and his wife Judy have one daughter, Dayna.
	JORGE RODRIGUEZ, Hispanic Pastor jorgerodriquez@fbcleesburg.org Jorge and his wife Ruthie moved to central Florida from Puerto Rico. They have been used of God to launch and build a strong ministry to area Hispanics. "La Familia de la Fe" meets at our Main Street campus.
	STEPHEN WOLGAMOTT, Worship Pastor stephenwolgamott@fbcleesburg.org Stephen joined the staff in February 2008 and oversees all aspects of the Worship Ministry. He is married to Jennifer, and they are currently expecting their first child.
	TONY WOOLFORD, Pastor of Education tonywoolford@fbcleesburg.org Tony brings years of church and business experience to FBC. He gives direction and leadership to our Bible Fellowship and discipleship programs. He has his MDIV from the Baptist Bible Seminary. Tony is married to Connee and has three children, fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
	GREG FRESCOLN, First Academy Administrator gfrescoln@firstacademyonline.com Greg was born and raised in Iowa. He joined our church staff in 1993 and oversees all aspects of First Academy's administration. His wife Jackie teaches History and Literature at FA Middle School. They have two sons, Wyatt and Sawyer.
	SUZANNE GARNER, Pre-School/Children Administrator suzannegarner@fbcleesburg.org Suzanne was born and raised in Leesburg and is a life-long member of First Baptist Leesburg. She has been on staff since 1980. Suzanne oversees weekday childcare for First Academy Preschool, and administrates all preschool and children's ministries. She and her husband, Reggie, a Lake County builder, have 4 children-Melissa, Melinda, Matthew and Meagan.
